Here is how you can do that without depending on medicines or technology:

For many people, smoking urges or tobacco cravings grow very strong. However, several ways can help you stand up against those cravings. One way is to avoid triggers. Like everyone, seniors also need a social connection to survive and thrive. Through this social connection, you can remedy loneliness and improve your cognitive functions.

It can be very easy to give many reasons so you can avoid exercising, like ‘I’m tired and working out is boring.’ But guess what? Working out doesn’t have to be boringboring. You may choose different physical activities you prefer, such as walking, gardening, and dancing. By exercising, you will not just get the energy to keep you going for the day. It can also do the following:

  • Be engaged socially especially when you walk with friends, take yoga classes, and play tennis
